Visitors to the Webitry web site do by their use of the web site accept the terms and conditions as set out. Please review content from time to time as the web site contents, including terms and conditions are subject to change and update without notice. The Webitry uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that accurate and up to date information is provided on the web pages. The information that has been provided has been prepared using reasonable care and attention to detail. It is believed that those informations are true and correct as of the date of its preparation. The information presented throughout the web pages is supplied as a means to guidance. The information is not intended to form part of any contract. The Webitry does not accept any liability for losses or damages arising out of the use of the website. The web site user agrees that any information accessed through the use of the web site is obtained entirely at their own risk. The user is entirely responsible for any loss and/or damage that arises to software, data, computer equipment or otherwise. The Webitry does not accept any liability in connection with any third party web sites which could be linked or accessible through the Webitry web site. Likewise the Webitry does not endorse or approve the contents of any such third party web sites. In relation to any dispute arising out of this Webitry web site you the user and the Webitry, agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Ireland. The Webitry reserves the right to suspend and/or cancel client facilities if it decides that such facilities have or are been inappropriately used. Webitry Payment Details
Website orders require a 40% deposit payment on commencement of work. A further 40% is payable on completion and approval of the development work. Final payment to be paid further to 3 months from completion of development work. Payments to be timely and within 30 days of invoice date. Clients to ensure that their brief requirement to Webitry is correct prior to commencement of work. The Webitry will not be responsible for any damage or loss by a client business. The Webitry offers no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for the services provided.
Facilitation
The first year of hosting and site domain name are provided as per the website order detail. Should a client wish to make alternative arrangements at the end of the first year, please note that there will be charges for any costs arising prior to being provided with a copy of the website.
Hosting and Backups
Hosting is on the basis of a yearly time frame. There are no refunds or credits available for non use of hosting facilities. The Webitry will not be responsible for files and/or data residing on client accounts. Clients take full responsibility to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on servers.
Annual Maintenance Service
The Webitry can provide a maintenance service as the web presence requires. This can allow for the provision of timely updates and the maintenance of installed Social Media and sales campaigns. It can also be used to facilitate with the development of additional web pages and sub pages. The provision of such maintenance services are charged on a daily basis or otherwise as agreed in advance.
Web site Images
The Webitry can provide stock images or custom images for use in the website build. Client can have digital images supplied by their own professional photographer. Preperation amd image manipulation work will need to be carried out on any such images so as to make them ready for use in the website build. Costs arising for such work will be advised and agreed before work is progressed.
